Northport Movin’ Out, Inc. partners with people with disabilities, their families, and their allies to create and sustain community-integrated, safe, affordable homes. Access to safe, quality, affordable housing, and the support needed to stay there for many years, are among the most important economic and social conditions that affect health outcomes. We do not provide supportive services but will coordinate with you, your Family Care and/or your supported living providers to adapt their assistance to account for what you want and need from your new home, even if you have substantial or complicated support needs.
